HEY MISS MURDER CAN I
HEY MISS MURDER CAN I
MAKE BEAUTY STAY IF I TAKE MY LIFE?
WHOA-OH-OH

The  opening riffs of AFI’s “Miss Murder” reverberate throughout the arena and the lights flicker in time to the beat as the Banshee, Maggie McIntyre, appears at the top of the rampway. Dressed in a tight black top, buckled corset and fishnets tucked into knee high boots, she begins to stride down the ramp, her long black hair bouncing as she moves.

HEY MISS MURDER CAN I
HEY MISS MURDER CAN I
MAKE BEAUTY STAY IF I TAKE MY LIFE?

She climbs into the ring, stepping through the ropes and raising fist to the roar of the crowd before shedding the leather jacket to the outside. Her music slowly begins to die down as she awaits her opponent.

Profile

Maggie is the daughter of famed wrestling promoter “Big” Ed Johnson, the product of one of his many one-night-stands. She grew up not knowing who her father was until her late teens when her mother died from cancer and told her. She sought her father out, to follow in his footsteps and didn’t do too horribly of a job even when she ran the Next Level Revolution when he abandoned it. Maggie was unable to save the company and sold it to WEW owner Ben Harlum; an act that Johnson has never forgiven her for. When it became all too apparent that she would never get his affection or his approval, Maggie simply became a thorn in his side for a few years before dropping out of the public eye.

She has since made peace with her father, though she still draws the ire of Sinnocence. Shortly after making a splash in the roster, SHOOT Project legend Jaime Alejandro took her under his wing to train along with his protege, Genichiro Honma. They tagged together a few times until Honma was injured and Alejandro left to look after his student. Maggie simply felt abandoned.

Her relationship with former majority owner, Michael Draven, had a rocky start and lasted until she betrayed him and sided with HATE at Live From Tokyo under the pretense of saving him from himself. With HATE and the Stranger as her guide, she was able to repay the Havens for the wrongs they’d done to her earlier in the year in Mexico City. Maggie struck up a friendship with fellow EWA Warrior, Sahara and for a while, it seemed as though they would be best friends and maybe more…at least until Sahara’s issues with drugs escalated and Grace Goeren found out about them both. The God Queen did not take kindly to the Banshee corrupting her right hand, so she punished Sahara and had her help viciously beat down Maggie before Indrid Calder and Rayner put a stop to it.  Maggie was viciously loyal to her fellow Pillars in HATE, but with the re-appearance of Michael Draven…despite being at each other’s throats for months, the Banshee left HATE at Live From London after her match with Michael Draven as the two could not bear to fight each other anymore.

None of the members of HATE took kindly to her leaving and Indrid Calder in particular put all of the blame for it on Michael Draven’s shoulders.  The Stranger made a show of punishing Draven at Battlelines 29, breaking his Draven’s leg and making Maggie watch.  It traumatized the Banshee and Calder realized then he’d truly lost her.  She declared war on HATE and swore she would raze the House to the ground.  She got through three of the Pillars, but at her match with Indrid Calder at CS3, she made the mistake of showing him mercy.  Calder snapped and delivered a punishment without mercy.

During the spring/summer of 2017 Maggie entered into a polyamorous marriage with both Michael Draven and Sahara.
