‘Jericho’ [Circle of Dust remix] – Celldweller
The lights start flashing slowly as “Jericho” pumps over the sound system. As soon as the man stops talking, the music pumps up as Honma comes out to the entrance way. Jaime Alejandro is standing beside him with his cane in hand. He points towards the ring, and both men start walking. Honma and Alejandro ignore the fans as they march towards the ring. When they hit the ring, the short tank of a man slides into the ring and waits for his opponent.
Honma is versed in Strong Style Wrestling. If you've seen people like Tomonori Ishii and Shinsuke Nakamura, you've seen his style.
- Suplexes - Vertical suplex, stalling suplex, capture suplex, Regal-plex, snap suplex, German suplex
- Strikes - jabs, straights, various kicks, sweeps, headbutts, knees, chops Lariats of any variety
Genichiro Honma is a short and powerful man. He keeps his hair short to the scalp and a very thin beard. His tights consist of black long tights that end at the knees with a black weight belt. He looks like a very intimidating Japanese pit-bull, to be honest. Genichiro Honma always wanted to be a puroresu ever since he saw the shows on his TV. The biggest problem that he’s had, is getting a teacher to take him seriously. He was always considered too short or too fat by most teachers. He happened upon a demonstration by Jaime Alejandro, one day. He saw the giant Cuban was everything the myths told him, and he approached him humbly requesting to learn from him. At first, Jaime did think the young Japanese kid was undersized. However, he saw the “toukon” in the kid. That fighting spirit. With that in mind, Jaime took the kid with him and asked for his parents permission to take the young man on an excursion. The parents agreed, and Honma was off to the Southwest to learn with Jaime. After many months of training under the relative taskmaster, Honma is being sent out into the lights to see what he’s actually learned. Jaime managed to get him signed with EWA, due to his friends in the company. Now, the true test begins.
